I apologize again for the delay. I'm trying to get the required $12,550, but it's not easy. I'm arranging a second mortgage on my house to facilitate this. (It should be easy to pay this off once the inheritance money comes through!) I started this process with the bank today, and should have the money ready by the end of the week. I'll let you know as soon as I'm able to deposit it.
