Dear Mr. Cox, I apologize for the delay. I was away for weekend for an important meeting, it then it took me a while yesterday to obtain a copy of my passport photograph to attach to the SWIFT transfer form. But it's all ready now. Attached is a filled-out copy of the form as requested. I think I filled it out correctly. Let me know if everything looks okay with it. -- Roy |
