Be informed that we can complete this transfer process within a week or two depending on our compliance with the bank requirements for the Escrow account activation before the account holding this money can be serviceable and functional to move the money to your account, we must work as a team to actualize this great purpose.

Firstly we will sign this attached agreement before we will proceed further, I would want you to please sign and return the MOU and also send me your full receiving banking details where the money will be wired into, your personal address and direct telephone number has been sent to me by my client, so the Memorandum of Understanding is attached for your signing, so sign it and return back to me before arranging for other documents that will enable the paying bank release the money to you, for mutual disbursement as contained in the MOU.

Note that I will submit a letter of Administration to paying bank and as well send you the contact details of the paying bank for your direct contact to them for the release of this money, please feel free to call me at any time and also I would like to let you know that we would be needing some money to be used in activating the account where this money is so that it can be serviceable and effective.
